We found this place while traveling and we were in for a complete surprise and treat. The food was amazing. Had a combo of ribs, brisket and bbq pork with side orders of grilled veggies and potato salad. The spices and flavor of each dish were unique and amazing! Hats off to the chef! Definitely plan on going back when we travel that way.
So glad we stopped by Highway 27 Smoked House Barbecue! It has to be the best in town. Chef Frisco has a passion for food and flavor and it shows. It's Bbq with a Caribbean flare. The pulled pork was tied with the ribs on flavor. The brisket was amazing too. Potato salad and coleslaw was on point. Choose Highway 27 Bbq because you won't regret it! Customer service was excellent!
Just moved to the area and saw the great reviews online, so of course had to come try it. Owner was very friendly and talked to us about the menu, everything we had was good or better. Pulled pork was definitely tne winner & my husband was very pleased that the collards were fresh, not canned. Even the roll my pulled pork came on was good. We will definitely be back to try more and for the pulled pork alone! Great business, clean, easy to get to if you're local.
Great business! Friendly, creative, clean, and delicious BBQ! Menu had a lot of options, and the owner went out of his way to make sure that my daughter was able to avoid or minimize any gluten. The staff were very helpful and kind as well.
TJust wonderful and delicious!!!! 1st visit paid off!! Great experience with the front and back of house, as they were so nice and friendly!!! I got the oxtail rice bowl. As you can see I divided up onto 2 plates. With another side, and maybe a salad, it would be a feast for two. Only a couple of small bones.Huge menu!! Can't wait to go back and explore it!!!
